We are members of both Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Patients with Delta Dental or Blue Cross Blue Shield make a co-payment at the time of service.

We also accept most major dental insurance plans as long as the patient is not required to choose a dentist from a list of preferred providers. Patients who are insured through all other companies pay in full at the time of service and are reimbursed directly by their insurance carriers. We are happy to submit claims and work with patients to ensure the timely processing of claims.

Patients are responsible for any fees not covered by their insurance company. Therefore we strongly advise patients to keep in contact with their insurance providers to verify coverage and benefits.

Upon patient request, we file pre-treatment estimates to insurance companies, which provide an approximation of a patient's out-of-pocket cost. However, please keep in mind that this is never a guarantee of payment by the insurance carrier.
