Preventive Care
We take a preventive approach to dental care. Routine cleanings and exams, which include oral cancer screenings, are crucial to maintaining optimal oral health.
Many individuals visit the dentist as a result of pain or discomfort when decay or periodontal disease may have advanced to a critical stage. Educating our patients about the many factors that contribute to these conditions is a major part of our philosophy.
Digital X-rays
X-rays are important diagnostic tools used to detect decay, periodontal infections and abscesses, as well as bone loss. We are pleased to offer digital x-rays which use 80% less radiation than traditional x-rays.
Periodontal Care & Implants
For treatment of periodontal disease, we offer all aspects of treatment at our office by our staff periodontist, Dr. Caroline B. Faris. This includes non-surgical and surgical therapies, such as soft-tissue grafting, functional and aesthetic crown lengthening, osseous surgery, extractions, bone grafting, sinus lifts, and implants. Surgical procedures are performed using state-of-the-art techniques and technology to minimize patient discomfort, and maximize surigcal and aesthetic results.
Invisalign
Achieve the smile you have always wanted without the metal brackets and wires of traditional braces. Invisalign is the clear way to quickly straighten teeth using a series of custom-made, removable and unnoticeable aligners. Consultations are free of charge.
Oral Cancer Screenings
Oral cancer is one the few cancers that has not seen a significant decrease in mortality rates in the past 30 years. That is why we use the only FDA-approved screening system in our office, the VELscope. With fluorescence visualization technology, we can detect tissue abnormalities. It's completely painless and takes only a few minutes.
